Chicago, Illinois

In August 2016, I made a trip to Chicago for a Theatre conference (ATHE- Association for Theatre in Higher Education) with support from Fringe Benefits Theatre Company . I stayed after the conference and made my way to meeting Blues legends like Guitar Shorty (Jimi Hendrix's brother-in-law who gave Hendrix his first wah pedal), visiting the home of inspiring blues queens, to going to my first game at Wrigley Field.

You're always in my heart, Chicago.

Walked into the stadium as Kris Bryant hit a home run. First time in Chicago & Wrigely Field.

Julian Boal, the son of Augusto Boal, the founder of Theatre of the Oppressed, giving an amazing 3 day workshop.
