The Center for Popular Democracy (CPD)

The Center for Popular Democracy works to create equity, opportunity and a dynamic democracy in partnership with high-impact base-building organizations, organizing alliances, and progressive unions. CPD strengthens our collective capacity to envision and win an innovative pro-worker, pro-immigrant, racial and economic justice agenda.

From January 13-21, CPD held their art & activism event in Los Angeles named

On CPD:

I was an employee of CPD from November 2017 - May 2018.  CPD is working in partnership with community organizations in Los Angeles protecting and improving public schools (especially now that Trump wants to de-fund public education by a huge amount).
